3. How to create PSID and Pay through ePay Punjab
Suthra Punjab Payments will use the 17 digit payment system identifier generated through the ePay Punjab web portal.
1. Registration and installation
Download the ePay Punjab app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You will need to register an account with your telephone number and CNIC.
2. Search
Search the Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD) section and Click on Suthra Punjab Sanitation Fee.
3. Enter Consumer Details
Type the reference number and consumer ID of your property place. The app will derived your monthly bill amount and generate a 17-Digit PSID Code.
4. Pay & Get Receipt
Use PSID code to make the payments through the Mobile Banking Apps, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or ATMs. Download the instant digital receipt.
4. Ways of Offline & Digital Payment
The PSID to be issued will allow citizens to pay bills through various cashless channels:
- Mobile Wallet Apps: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, UPaisa (under Government Payments > ePay Punjab/GoPb).
- Online Mobile Banking Apps: Bank of Punjab (BOP), HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, NBP.
- ATM Machine Banking: Select 1-Link Bill Payment > Government Fees > Enter 17-digit PSID.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC): With your PSID voucher you can go to any commercial bank branch.
5. Commercial Invoice Appeal Process
An appeal against the bill can be lodged if your commercial unit or residence is being wrongly classified in the higher slab of taxes:
📋 Appeal Procedure for Commercial Billing
- Get a Billing Adjustment Form from your local Waste Management Company (WMC) office or municipal committee dashboard.
- Attach documents of property ownership (Registry / Fard), CNIC copy and photographs of site showing property dimensions.
- Submit the application to the District Revenue Officer (Cleanliness Fee Review Panel).
- An official inspector will be on site within 7 working days to check the category of the property and to update your PSID tariff.
6. Help Lines and Redressal of Complaints
Please contact these support channels, If there is any problem with garbage collection, billing or any other malpractice.
- Official Mobile App: Download Suthra Punjab Shehri App from the Google Play Store to register complaints with geo-tagged photos.
- District Helplines: 1139 (LWMC Lahore) or nearest District WMC helpline.
- Web Portal: Track the status of complaint in LG&CD Department's official portal.
