BillHelp.pk is run privately. It is not the website of LESCO, IESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, AJK, K-Electric, SNGPL, SSGC, KWSC, any WASA, PTCL, Nayatel, Suthra Punjab or any other company we cover. It is also not the website of PITC, NEPRA, OGRA or any ministry.

Company names and logos are shown only so you can find the right bill. They belong to their owners.

Where bill data comes from

When you check a bill, it loads from the official billing system of your company. We do not issue, edit or correct bills. If the amount, units or payment status look wrong, only your company can fix it. Contact your subdivision or customer service office. For WAPDA electricity companies, you can also call 118.

Information may change

Our guides cover tariffs, taxes, helplines, office details and how-to steps. We check them against official sources when we write and update them. But governments, regulators and companies change these often, sometimes without notice.

  • Treat our guides as general help, not as legal, financial or tax advice.
  • Check important details on the official source before you act. This includes your company's website, NEPRA, OGRA or FBR.
  • If your bill or an official notice says something different from our page, follow the official document.

No liability

We try hard to keep the site correct and working. Still, BillHelp.pk is not responsible for any loss or damage from using it. This includes late payment surcharges, disconnections, wrong figures from an official system, or downtime of the checker.

Payments

We do not collect bill payments or charge any fee. We never ask for card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs. If someone asks you to pay through BillHelp.pk, it is not us.

Our pages link to official portals, apps and other sites. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
