NEPRA Consumer Affairs Division
If your local DISCO (LESCO, MEPCO, K-Electric, etc.) closes your complaint without fixing your problem or correcting a wrong bill, you can report them to NEPRA. They are the main authority that controls all electricity providers.

How to Replace a Faulty, Damaged, or Slow Meter
Do not wait for your local meter reader to note a "Defective" status, as they will charge you estimated "detection bills." Take action immediately:
- Apply online through the centralized Electricity New Connection (ENC) portal for a meter alteration or replacement.
- Print out the application form, attach a copy of your CNIC and your latest electricity bill, and submit it to your subdivision office.
- Track the status using your unique application ID on the ENC portal.
Checking Load-Shedding & Unscheduled Outages
Is your power cut due to load management or a local system fault? You can pull real-time data straight from your local grid:
- Go to the main CCMS portal landing page.
- Locate the "Feeder Details" utility block.
- Enter your 14-digit reference number (found on top of any old bill) to view the scheduled hours of load shedding assigned to your specific area feeder.
