These terms explain the rules for using BillHelp.pk. By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What BillHelp.pk is

BillHelp.pk is a free, independent website. It helps people in Pakistan open their utility bills online and understand them. We cover electricity, gas, water, phone and internet companies.

We are not a utility company. We are not part of any DISCO, K-Electric, SNGPL, SSGC, a WASA, KWSC, PTCL, PITC or any government office. We are not their agent.

2. How the bill checker works

  • When you enter a reference number or consumer ID, the bill is loaded from the official billing system of your company. We do not create, issue or change bills.
  • Only check bills that are yours, or bills you have the owner's permission to see.
  • Do not use bots, scripts or bulk requests to pull bills from the site. Do not try to break, overload or test the security of the site.
  • The checker may stop working at times, for example when an official billing website is down. We cannot promise it will always be available.

3. We do not take payments

BillHelp.pk does not collect bill payments, fees or deposits. We will never ask for your bank card, PIN, password or OTP. Pay your bill only through your bank, a mobile wallet, a post office or another channel your utility company accepts.

4. Information on this site

Our guides explain tariffs, taxes, helplines and steps for common bill problems. We check facts against official sources when we write them. But rates, rules and phone numbers change often.

  • Information here is for general help only. It is not legal, financial or professional advice.
  • Always confirm important details with your utility company or the official source, such as NEPRA, OGRA or your company's website.
  • Your official bill and your company's decision are final. Our pages cannot change them.

5. Links to other websites

We link to official portals, apps and other websites to help you. We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy rules or their services. Using them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

6. Advertising

BillHelp.pk is free because it shows ads. Ads are served by third parties such as Google AdSense. These companies may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. An ad on our site is not an endorsement by us. Our Privacy Policy explains cookies and how to opt out of personalised ads.

7. Email alerts and saved numbers

If you sign up for bill alerts, we use your email address, company and reference number only to send those alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email. Reference numbers you save on the site are kept in your own browser.

8. Our content

The text, design and images we create for BillHelp.pk belong to us. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy whole articles to another website without our written permission. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify each company.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the site "as is". We work to keep it correct and online, but we do not give any guarantee. BillHelp.pk is not responsible for any loss caused by using the site. This includes a late payment surcharge, a disconnection, a wrong amount shown by an official system, or a decision made using our guides.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
