Checking your monthly electricity bill online is free and instant. Follow these steps:
- Search for your 14-digit Reference Number or 10-digit Customer ID on any of your old bill.
- Enter any of the number into the search box that is provided at the top of this portal.
- Click the "Search Bill" button.
- Your current bill summary will display on screen showing consumed units, due date and net payable amount.

If you’ve had a printed paper bill in the past, your identifiers are very easy to find:
