How to Check & Download QESCO Bill Online

Checking your monthly electricity bill online is free and instant. Follow these steps:

  1. Search for your 14-digit Reference Number or 10-digit Customer ID on any of  your old bill.
  2. Enter any of the number into the search box that is provided at the top of this portal.
  3. Click the "Search Bill" button.
  4. Your current bill summary will display on screen showing consumed units, due date and net payable amount.
  5. Click “Print” or “Download PDF” to get a clean duplicate copy for payment or records.

How to Find Reference Number & Customer ID on Your Bill

If you’ve had a printed paper bill in the past, your identifiers are very easy to find:

  • 14-Digit Reference Number: Found on the top right hand corner of your bill statement. It has a number and an alphabetic suffix code ( e.g., 15 16123 4567890 U ) The first two digits are your sub division code. 
  • 10-Digit Customer ID: Printed near your name and connection address box. It is a unique number associated to your meter connection.
Pro Tip: When typing the 14 digits, always type them without spaces or dashes or the system will not be able to search.
