WASA Faisalabad Duplicate Bill: Get It Online or at a Revenue Office

Your WASA Faisalabad bill did not come this month. Or it came, and the children used it as scrap paper. It happens in every house. The good news is simple. WASA Faisalabad keeps a copy of your bill online, and all it asks for is one number.

This guide shows the official way to open that copy. It also covers what to do when the page says your number is wrong, and which WASA office to visit if the online copy will not open.

Start with the one number WASA asks for

The WASA form has only one box. It is labelled WASA Account Number. It does not ask for your CNIC, your name or your house number.

So the first job is to find that account number. Look at an old WASA bill or an old payment receipt. Copy the account number exactly as it is printed. Do not add spaces. Do not use the reference number from your electricity or gas bill. Those belong to other companies and will not work here.

No old bill at home? Ask a family member to check their phone for a photo of a past bill. Many people take one when they pay. If you still cannot find it, skip to the revenue office section below.

Open the copy on your phone in under a minute

Here is what happens on the official page, step by step.

1. Go to the page. Open wasafaisalabad.gop.pk/duplicate-bill. The heading reads "WASA Consumer Bill".
2. Type the account number. Put it in the single box.
3. Tap the button, not Enter. The page is set up so the Enter key does nothing. You must tap the blue Duplicate Bill button.
4. Wait for the bill page. The site moves you to WASA's billing page at billingdev.wasafaisalabad.gop.pk. Your bill opens there.
5. Save it. Take a screenshot, or use your browser's Print option and choose "Save as PDF".

When the page says "No Record Found"

This is the message WASA shows when it cannot match your number:

"No Record Found! Please Enter Correct Account Number"

It usually means a small typing mistake. Work through this short list.

• Check every digit again against the old bill. One wrong digit is enough to fail.
• Remove any space before or after the number.
• Make sure you used the WASA account number, not a receipt number or a bank transaction ID.
• If you left the box empty, the page shows a pop-up that says "Please enter an Account ID". Type the number and tap the button again.

Still no record? Your connection may be new, or the details may need fixing in WASA's system. That is a job for a WASA office, not a website.

In person: find your WASA revenue office

WASA Faisalabad lists 11 revenue offices on its official offices page. Revenue offices deal with bills, so this is the right desk for a lost account number or a bill that will not open. Take your CNIC, your full property address and any old WASA paper you have.

Each office on the WASA page has a Google Maps link. Open the page on your phone and tap the map next to your area.

Office hours on WASA's contact page are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. Friday is shorter, 9 am to 1 pm. Sunday is closed. Go early on a Friday.

The register complaint page also mentions an Android app and a website complaint form. When we checked, the web form opened a username and password screen. So for a bill question, the phone line or WhatsApp is the easier choice.

Before you pay from the copy

A duplicate bill shows the same bill WASA has on its system. Still, take ten seconds to check it.

• Make sure the name and address belong to your property.
• Look at the due date. Pay before it if you can.
• Look for old unpaid amounts. If you are sure you paid them, keep your receipt ready and call 1334 before paying again.

WASA's website does not list which banks or apps accept its bills. We have not added any here for that reason. If you are not sure where to pay, ask the helpline or your revenue office.
