Sub-Divisional Officer (S.D.O.)
Your local subdivision is run by the SDO . They run day to day maintenance operations , field staff and linemen .
Executive Engineer (XEN)
If the SDO is unable to resolve your complaint, call the XEN office.
Superintending Engineer (SE)
The SE is responsible for regional technical failures, major outages and outstanding customer complaints.
