Checking your TESCO duplicate bill online is easy, it is free and can be checked on both mobile and desktop screens. Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Find your 14 digit Reference Number or 10 digit Customer ID on any previous TESCO paper bill.
  2. Type the exact digits into the search box located at the top of this portal.

  • 14-Digit Reference Number: On your paper bill statement, at the top right corner It consists of numerical digits followed by an alphabetic code suffix(e.g., 14 17123 4567890 U). The first two digits are your local TESCO subdivision code.
  • 10-Digit Customer ID: This is located inside the account header box next to the customer name and address section. This unique numeric ID is the direct identifier for your account connection.

  3. Choose your relevant division (e.g., Khyber, Bajaur, Mohmand, Waziristan).
  4. Choose connection type (Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural).
  5. Fill in applicant details and upload scanned copies of CNIC, property ownership papers and a copy of neighbour’s bill.
  6. Print the filled application form and sign it and submit it to your nearest TESCO Sub-Divisional Office (SDO).
