Steps to Download PTCL Broadband Bill

  1. Go to bill.ptcl.net.pk
  2. Select "Broadband" from the services menu
  3. Enter your 10-digit telephone number associated with your broadband connection
  4. Your current bill will be displayed
  5. Click "Print" or save as PDF

What Number to Enter?

For DSL connections, enter the landline phone number your broadband is linked to. For example, if your landline is 051-XXXXXXX, enter 051XXXXXXX (without dashes).

PTCL CharJi Bill

For CharJi (wireless internet) users, the process is slightly different. You may need to log in to the PTCL Self-Care portal at ecare.ptcl.com.pk using your registered email and password.
